AT&T Experience Insights Marketing team was developed to discover and explore a new 360-degree vision of the customer experience. Our work provided for the next 3 years, influencing today’s roadmap while laying the groundwork for the future and partnering with business owners to influence key strategic objectives.

the process 


The strategy was focused on bringing the feeling of modernism, innovation, and futuristic visuals. Combining AT&T's existing brand colors with a new mint accent color brought vibrancy and an energetic feeling to the brand. The progression of research and technology throughout the years are represented within thin lines.

 
 
 

Designing the logo


The monogram of XI represents a team with the ability to solve complex challenges and creating meaningful solutions. To demonstrate strength, confidence and authenticity, the logo was given a bold weight. The intersection of “X” and “I” displays the balance between technology, science, research and design, while the tilted “I” tilted represents forward thinking and pioneering experiences.
