| INCREASING ENGAGEMENT IN DONATIONS |
NYU Langone needed to increase engagement with their donation pages to make payments easy and friendly to users through our responsive site templates and content strategy. This enabled members of the NYU Foundation to create their own donation campaigns to support a specific cause toward the company, specific research facilities, education or a person. I selected the images that spoke to the user emotionally and relate to the content.
We also created a thank you email for those who have donated and will give them a story which will lead them to other pages that can give their input on why they donated. This will help NYU build a community.
